1. General Provisions
These Terms govern your access to and use of our products, information products, and services related to automatic pet waterers, parts, and care guides. Please read them carefully.
2. Product and Service Categories
2.1 Physical Products
Includes automatic pet waterers, replacement parts, and accessories sold through petwaterlab.top. All products are subject to availability and quality standards.
2.2 Information Products
Includes digital care guides, manuals, and tutorial content delivered electronically.
2.3 Services
Includes installation, maintenance, and consultation related to automatic pet waterers. Service appointments are scheduled upon confirmation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Physical Products
You may request a refund or swap for unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate, contact us via contact form. Once approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3.2 Information Products
Due to the digital nature, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred. To request, submit a request via contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Once access to the digital content is granted, no refund is available.
3.3 Services
Booking fees for installation or maintenance services may be refundable or transferable under these conditions:
- Cancellations or rescheduling at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment: full refund or transfer to a new date.
- Cancellations or changes between 48 and 72 hours: 50% refund or transfer of remaining amount to a future appointment.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment: non-refundable due to resource allocation. You may reschedule once within 60 days with no additional charge if notice is at least 24 hours prior.
All service refunds or credits will be processed to your original payment method or held on account for future booking within 10 business days of approval.
4. Ordering and Execution
By placing an order or booking a service, you represent that you have the right to use the chosen payment option and that all information provided is accurate. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on petwaterlab.top. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
